1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM) onwards on the day of arrival (or by prior agreement).

Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure. This is essential to give our cleaning team enough time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

2. Number of Guests
Only the guests registered and specified in the booking reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment.

Overnight guests exceeding the booked number are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the owners.

3. Peace and Quiet (Community Rules)
Please show respect to neighbors and other guests within the property.

Quiet Hours: Respect the local peace and keep noise levels to a minimum between 23:00 (11:00 PM) and 08:00 AM, Parties, loud music, and large gatherings are strictly forbidden.

4. Smoking
Smoking: All our apartments are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is only permitted outside on balconies and terraces. Please use the provided ashtrays and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

5. Pets 
Smal dogs upp to 10kg are welcome, an additional fee can be added. Cats or other animals are not allowed.

6. Eco-Friendly & Resource Usage
Save Water: Since we are located on an island, fresh water is a precious and limited resource. The tap water is NOT for drinking but you can use it for cooking. Please use water mindfully and avoid leaving taps running unnecessarily while showering, washing dishes or brushing teeth.

Save Electricity: Please help us look after the environment and conserve energy. Always turn off the air conditioning (AC) and lights whenever you leave the apartment or when windows and doors are kept open.

7. Damages and Responsibility
Please take care of the apartment, its appliances, and furniture as if it were your own home.

If something accidentally breaks or is damaged during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can fix it.

Guests may be held financially responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse.

8. Safety and Security
Always lock the front door and close all windows when leaving the apartment. The owners are not responsible for any loss of personal valuables or belongings.

In the event of a medical, fire, or police emergency in Croatia, please dial the general European emergency number: 112.
